Cultural institutions that will let visitors in using QR codes will not have to comply with the limits on the number of viewers. There will be no need to wear masks and gloves at these events.

Moscow theaters and other cultural institutions have been given the opportunity to let spectators into the halls without restrictions on their number if they independently introduce a system of passes using QR codes for those who are fully vaccinated, who have been ill with covid-19 within the last six months, or who have received a negative PCR test. This is discussed in the order (.pdf) of the HEAD of the Moscow Department of Culture Alexander Kibovsky.

Organizations that will let visitors through QR codes will not need to comply with restrictions on the number of spectators when holding cultural, leisure or entertainment events, such as concerts, performances, performances, lectures, creative meetings and film screenings. In addition, spectators will be allowed to be there without masks and gloves.

Other institutions will be able to fill the halls no more than 50% of the total capacity of the premises, and the total number of spectators should not exceed 500 people.

Concert organizers propose to introduce the format of COVID-free events Business

Today, the Lenkom Mark Zakharov Theater announced that it will introduce a QR code system for some performances in October, and from November such a system will be extended to all its events.
