The creation of effective vaccines against CORONAVIRUS is a victory for RUSSIA, achieved thanks to the professionalism and perseverance of scientists and doctors. This was stated by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during a speech at the New Knowledge marathon.

“The creation of effective vaccines is our victory, which was achieved precisely thanks to the knowledge and, of course, the professionalism and perseverance of Russian scientists, doctors and other specialists,” he said.

The prime minister especially noted the Sputnik V vaccine, which he called "one of the most popular in the world." “Today, Sputnik V is registered in almost 70 countries of the world, because the Russian vaccine has proven its safety and effectiveness,” Mishustin said.

At the end of last year, Mishustin said that thanks to the EXPORT of the vaccine, Russia could improve the performance of non-commodity exports.
