The Ministry of Health approved the national vaccination schedule and the vaccination schedule for epidemic indications, which included a vaccine against CORONAVIRUS. The corresponding order, signed by the HEAD of the department Mikhail Murashko, was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
“Approve the national calendar of preventive vaccinations in accordance with Appendix No. 1; a calendar of preventive vaccinations according to epidemic indications in accordance with Appendix No. 2, ”the document says.
Coronavirus vaccination is primarily recommended for citizens aged 60 years and older, adults working in the medical, social services and education sectors, people with chronic diseases, as well as citizens living in cities with a population of 1 million or more.
Secondly, vaccination against covid-19 is recommended for employees of transport and energy organizations, law enforcement agencies, employees at border checkpoints, volunteers, military personnel, service workers and shift workers. In addition to them, civil servants, students over 18 years old, conscripts, children from 12 to 17 years old should be vaccinated.
The covid vaccine was proposed to be included in the national vaccination calendar Society
it was proposed to include the coronavirus vaccine in the national preventive vaccination calendar back in the spring. On May 25, the government submitted an appropriate bill to the State Duma. According to government estimates, the implementation of the law will require 75.8 billion rubles. in 2021–2023.
The national calendar of preventive vaccinations determines the timing and types of vaccinations carried out free of charge and in large numbers in accordance with the CHI program. At the same time, experts interviewed by RBC said back in May that the inclusion of a coronavirus vaccine in this calendar does not oblige all categories of workers to be vaccinated. The main advantage of adding a COVID-19 vaccine to the calendar is the ability to make it free of charge at the expense of the state budget.

The national calendar includes two types of vaccination: prophylactic and according to epidemic indications. The first is aimed at protecting the population from the most dangerous and widespread infections, the second is carried out only in disadvantaged regions, for certain risk groups, during epidemics or the threat of their occurrence.
Dmitry Galantsev, managing partner of the Propositum legal bureau, said that a person has the right to refuse to do any vaccination from the calendar for free and can replace it, for example, with a paid analogue from another manufacturer.
At the same time, experts noted that the lack of vaccination may cause some difficulties for a citizen, for example, if the epidemiological situation worsens, he may be transferred to remote work, he may be denied admission to an educational institution. According to the lawyer of the Onegin Group bureau, Dmitry Bartenev, the list of categories of areas whose employees must be vaccinated against coronavirus includes risky work. “For example, employees of educational institutions, workers servicing sewer facilities, equipment and networks, but not all doctors are in it,” the lawyer added.
