The Ministry of Defense announced the evacuation of 330 thousand people from Ukraine to Russia

Since the beginning of the special military operation, the Russian military has evacuated a total of 330,000 people from the territory of Ukraine, said Mikhail Mizintsev, HEAD of the Russian National Defense Control Center.

“Over the past 24 hours, without the participation of the Kyiv authorities, 16,434 people were evacuated to RUSSIA from dangerous regions of Ukraine, the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, including 2,389 children, in total, since the start of the special military operation, 330,686 people have already been evacuated, of which 68,983 are children ", - said Mizintsev.

As for those entering Russia by private transport, a total of 38.5 thousand cars crossed the border, he noted.

Almost 60,000 people were evacuated from Mariupol to Russia, Mizintsev added. According to him, up to 130,000 civilians and 184 foreign citizens remain in the city.
