The Russian Ministry of Defense has named new key participants in the military biological program in Ukraine. “Some participants in closed projects still remain in the shadows, although they are key figures in the Ukrainian military biological program,” said Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, HEAD of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the Russian Armed Forces. Kirillov recalled that earlier the Ministry of Defense presented materials confirming the participation of Hunter Biden - the son of US President Joe Biden - and his Rosemont Seneca fund "in financing the main Pentagon contractors operating in Ukraine."

The Investigative Committee of RUSSIA opened a criminal case under Art. 355 of the Criminal Code on the development and production of biological weapons of mass destruction. The head of the TFR Alexander Bastrykin stated that the funding from the United States of biological programs in Ukraine since 2005 has exceeded $ 224 million. The Chinese Foreign Ministry also announced the presence of American biological laboratories in Ukraine . The country's authorities believe that dangerous viruses are stored there and the United States can use the laboratories to develop biological weapons.
The State Department and the Pentagon denied these reports. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that he was “the president of an adequate country”, and weapons of mass destruction are not being developed in Ukraine.
