“There are no plans to go to the distance. The school should work, but it is important to comply with all the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor. The main task for the prevention of morbidity is to interrupt the chain of spread of the disease, to avoid a large number of sick people," President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said today at a government meeting. 

He instructed the Ministry of Education and Science and Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan to monitor compliance with preventive measures, including morning filters and others. 

“It is necessary to strictly observe the sanitary and anti-epidemic requirements. First of all, the use of personal protective equipment, maintaining social distance, limiting contacts. At the first manifestation of symptoms of SARS, it is imperative to observe the principle of self-isolation. And limit public events,” Minnikhanov said.

Yesterday, the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alsu Asadullina, told reporters that about 1.5 thousand classes were separated due to SARS and CORONAVIRUS. According to the ministry, 7 schools of the republic are closed for quarantine.
