Biden added that he had instructed the Pentagon to develop a plan to retaliate against Islamist militants.

Two explosions occurred in Kabul on the evening of 26 August. One - at the Kabul airport, near the exit, where Afghans were crowding ready to fly; the other is next to the Baron Hotel, located next door. More than 100 people, including 13 U.S. military personnel, were killed in the bombings, which were claimed by ISIS, a terrorist organization banned in RUSSIA.
