President  Vladimir Putin has never gone to work remotely during the CORONAVIRUS pandemic. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov on the air of RUSSIA 24.

“Vladimir Putin has never de facto been remote,” he said (quoted by TASS).

Putin first spoke via video link with a separate region due to covid-19 Society

The spokesman explained that numerous video conferences between the president and the government cannot be called a remote work format. Peskov pointed out that the government constantly remains at the center of events, which requires the authorities to work hard around the clock. “You can’t call it remote, believe me,” Peskov said.
