Coronavirus in Novosibirsk: summary for January 9

During the day on the morning of January 9, according to the operational headquarters of the Novosibirsk region, 231 cases of CORONAVIRUS were registered in the region.

For the entire period, 97,197 cases of coronavirus were registered, including 11,161 children. 67,593 patients recovered, including 284 over the past 24 hours.

Thirteen more patients have died: men aged 57, 70, 70, 74, 83 and women aged 40, 44, 57, 78, 73, 83, 86, 92. In total, 4,345 people died from coronavirus in the Novosibirsk region. 2,720 patients, including 30 children, were hospitalized in the region's infectious diseases hospitals with a diagnosis of covid-19 and suspected of it. There are currently 256 people in intensive care units. On mechanical ventilation — 35 patients. As of December 30, according to the Ministry of HEALTH of the Novosibirsk Region, 1,376,906 people were vaccinated with the first component of the coronavirus vaccine in the region, and 1,286,783 people completed the full course of vaccination.
