Coronavirus in Novosibirsk: summary for August 23

439 casescovid-19 was detected in the Novosibirsk region per day. According to the operational headquarters, on the morning of August 23, 266,452 cases of CORONAVIRUS were registered in the region (+439 per day), including 39,641 children (+44 per day). 257,422 patients have fully recovered (+215 per day). One patient, a 58-year-old man, has died. In total, 5,703 people died from coronavirus in the region.

569 patients, including 63 children, were hospitalized in infectious diseases hospitals of the region with a diagnosis of COVID-19 and with suspicion of it. There are 34 people in intensive care units. On ventilator – 4 patients. In total, 5,047,527 coronavirus tests have been done in the Novosibirsk Region.
