In the Tyumen region, not a single death from covid-19 has been recorded over the past day . The region also has the smallest number of people infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus - 15 people. These are record-low figures since the beginning of the pandemic. Over the past 24 hours, 22 people have been hospitalized, 35 Tyumen residents have recovered.

The Tyumen region now, according to the stopcoronavirus.rf portal, meets only one criterion out of five. The region has a low incidence.

Other criteria, such as testing coverage, ventilator bed occupancy, overall bed occupancy, and herd immunity levels, do not meet the requirements of a COVID-19-free region.

During the entire pandemic in the Tyumen region, 4316 people died from COVID-19. More than 191 thousand cases of the disease have been identified.
