The Chinese authorities will provide Ukraine with a new batch of humanitarian aid in the amount of about $1.5 million in connection with the Russian military operation, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said, UDN reports.

“The Chinese government has decided to provide Ukraine with additional humanitarian aid in the amount of 10 million yuan (about $1.5 million),” Wenbin said.

He added that CHINA will continue to play a constructive role in helping to de-escalate the situation in Ukraine and is ready to make efforts to overcome the humanitarian crisis.
