On June 1, the next stage of easing quarantine restrictions will begin in Turkey. They made it possible to reduce the daily incidence of covid from 50–60 thousand to 7–8 thousand.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that due to the slowdown in the spread of CORONAVIRUS infection covid-19 , the country is moving to the next stage of easing quarantine restrictions, Anadolu agency reported.

The curfew on weekdays will be in effect not from 21:00, but from 22:00 and end at 5:00. Saturday, when the curfew was in effect around the clock, switches to a weekday regime, restrictions on movement on Sundays remain. Catering establishments, gyms, amusement parks can be open from 7:00 to 21:00, for takeaway - until midnight.

In addition, in Turkey, wedding ceremonies are again allowed indoors and outdoors, subject to sanitary requirements.
