What is exported as "other human vaccines"

Although the FCS does not specify how EXPORT volumes are distributed by type of vaccine, TN VED 3002200009 is the main code for these substances.

In 2020, under this code, according to the analytical company RNC Pharma, 99% of medicines in this category were supplied. It includes, among other things, vaccines against tick-borne encephalitis, combined vaccines against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, against hepatitis A. The exception is vaccines against hepatitis B and rubella, they are exported under separate articles.

The export of vaccines for the prevention of a new CORONAVIRUS infection is also under the TN VED code 3002200009, the Ministry of Industry and Trade specified earlier. They emphasized that the sharp increase in exports this year (in 2020 it was only $9.5 million) is connected precisely with the supply of coronavirus vaccines.
