The HEAD of the World HEALTH Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, expressed gratitude to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who called on the countries participating in the G20 summit to mutually recognize CORONAVIRUS vaccines. This was announced by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, on the air of the Soloviev Live YouTube channel.

“On the part of the head of the World Health Organization, Mr. Adkhanom, gratitude was expressed to the president of our country for the initiative with which he came out regarding the need to develop measures within the G20 for the mutual recognition of vaccines,” Zakharova said.

She also called the mutual recognition of vaccines in G20 countries a major step forward in countering the covid-19 pandemic .
