The countries of the European Union became the largest buyer of Russian food in 2021, according to the data of the federal center Agroexport (available from RBC). Last year, the EU bought $4.7 billion worth of agricultural products from RUSSIA, which is 41% more than in 2020, and displaced China from the first line of the former leader. Russian food supplies there in 2021 fell by 12%, to $3.5 billion. At the end of the year, China took only third place, leaving behind Turkey, which increased purchases of Russian agricultural products by 38%, to $4.3 billion.
