The revenue and expenditure parts of the Rostov budget were increased by 1.7 billion rubles. This was told by the deputy HEAD of the city administration - head of the municipal treasury Tatiana Asatryan.
As agreed by the deputies of the Rostov City Duma, additional funds will be distributed as follows. Part of it will be directed to the repair of dirt roads in the city, the elimination of landfills in Oktyabrsky, Pervomaisky and Sovetsky districts, as well as the improvement of the pedestrian zone in Universitetsky lane. In addition, 61.3 million rubles will be allocated to prevent the destruction of the sewer.
Another 69.9 million rubles will be used to complete the construction of a kindergarten in the X microdistrict in the Sovetsky district of Rostov. More than 87 million rubles will be allocated to complete the overhaul of school No. 84, and 172.4 million rubles will be allocated to complete the construction of three kindergartens at once in the Leventsovsky microdistrict.
Additional funds will also be used to purchase medical devices, equipment for city hospital No. 1 and children's polyclinic No. 45.
The deputies by a majority vote amended the decision "On approval of the budget of the city of Rostov-on-Don for 2021 and the planning period of 2022 and 2023." The deputies also decided to allocate 44.9 million rubles from the city budget for reagents and consumables to perform PCR tests for covid-19 for the HEALTH Center.
As a result, taking into account the changes, the revenue side of the city budget for the current year will amount to 41 billion rubles, the expenditure side - 43.1 billion rubles. The budget deficit is 2.1 billion rubles, which is in line with the norms of budget legislation.
