The number of people infected with COVID-19 on the Don increased by 646 people

Over the past day, the number of confirmed CORONAVIRUS infected in the Rostov region has increased by 646 people and on the morning of November 9, the cumulative total reached 161,890, according to the information policy department of the Don government.

For the entire period, 137,181 people recovered in the region, 556 people per day. 5270 patients receive treatment in hospitals. 42 people are in serious condition on invasive mechanical ventilation, 406 people are on non-invasive mechanical ventilation.

Also, 18 patients with coronavirus died over the past day. Since the beginning of the pandemic , 7981 people have become victims of covid-19 .

“To date, 1,731.5 thousand people have been vaccinated against a new coronavirus infection, 6,083 in a day. 1,646.35 thousand people have completed vaccination (double administration of the vaccine), 6,035 in a day,” the department said.
