The Operational Headquarters recommended that the heads of the executive authorities of the Kaluga Region consider letting employees go on vacation after being vaccinated against covid-19 . This was announced to RBC by the assistant to the vice-governor of the region Alexei Fenev.

So he responded to a request from RBC to comment on the publication of the Rise newspaper, which discussed the plans of local authorities to ban officials from going on vacation without being vaccinated against CORONAVIRUS infection.

Rise published a photograph of the minutes of the meeting of the regional infection control headquarters signed by Vice Governor Konstantin Gorobtsov. “In order to prevent the importation and spread of new strains of a new coronavirus infection in the Kaluga region, provide leave to employees of organizations, including subordinate ones, after vaccination,” the document said.

“The version was initial, draft, therefore it was signed erroneously, it was quickly corrected,” Fenev explained to RBC. According to him, now the document states that this item is a recommendation of the authorities.
