More than half of Russians were not ready to vaccinate children against COVID

The majority of Russians surveyed (69%) said they were not ready to vaccinate their children against coronavirus, according to the SuperJob study (available from RBC).

The survey involved 500 parents of teenagers from 12 to 17 years old from all districts of the country.

Of the 69% of respondents, 37% are definitely not ready to vaccinate their children against covid-19 , another 32% are rather not ready. Basically, these respondents believe that the vaccine is not yet sufficiently studied.

8% of parents are definitely ready to take their child for vaccination, another 23% are inclined to this decision. In this group, the respondents explained their position by the fact that they want to protect children who are actively in contact with peers and teachers.
