Draft laws on QR codes on transport (on planes and trains) and in stores, the development of which was reported by RBC sources, were submitted to the State Duma. In Chuvashia, they will also be given to those who have not officially been ill, but have a high level of antibodies. Such certificates will be valid only on the territory of the republic. In the Sverdlovsk region, they will consider the possibility of introducing QR codes for the purchase of ALCOHOL. This proposal was made by a local restaurateur Evgeny Uryupin. According to him, such a measure will increase the number of vaccinated, and "at the same time reduce drunkenness."
