The COURT arrested the property of Olga Mirimskaya, the ex-owner of the Russian Product company and BKF bank, who is in a pre-trial detention center in a bribery case. Foreign cars were arrested

The judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow, Natalya Dudar, seized the property of Olga Mirimskaya, including companies that control BKF Bank. This is stated in the decision of the Basmanny Court of Moscow (RBC has a copy, its authenticity was confirmed by a source familiar with the investigation materials). The document is dated February 17 this year, but it became known about the arrest only now.

The arrest was imposed as part of a criminal case on a BRIBE, which was initiated against Olga Mirimskaya and Yury Nosov, investigator of the Main Investigation Department of the TFR for the Moscow Region.

The court seized Olga Mirimskaya's cars: Porsche Carrera, Mercedes Benz ML63AMG, Mercedes Benz SL500, Porsche Cayenne Turbo, as well as GAZ-13 and Mazda 323 °F cars. In addition to the banker's car park, 12 structures in the village of Nikolina Gora (DSK Ranis), 13 residential and non-residential buildings located in the area of the village of Nikolina Gora and 9 land plots located in the Krasnogorsk and Odintsovo districts of the Moscow region were seized.

The decision of the Basmanny Court also refers to the arrest of four premises located in the center of Moscow. The court also seized a share in the authorized capital of companies that control the BKF bank owned by Olga Mirimskaya: Lantres LLC, Maxima Capital Management LLC, Stardom Management LLC and Simlex LLC. According to the court ruling, until May 15, 2022, the owners and owners of property do not have the right to dispose of it, the ruling says.

The Banki.ru website notes that from December last year to February 2022, the capital of BKF Bank fell by 24.5%. According to RBC's interlocutor, the investigation links this with a possible attempt to withdraw funds in order to avoid Olga Mirimskaya's liability.
