The contractor will have to supply lighting, sound and video equipment, decorative elements and special effects for the stage at two venues of the event, where the opening and closing ceremonies of the competitions are scheduled. During the preparation and holding of the event, the contractor is obliged to organize the work of the staff "24/7".
The company is required to comply with copyright and related rights to performed and created works of science, literature and art. The customer of the purchase is the State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble named after Fayzi Gaskarov, to which, upon completion of the event, it is necessary to transfer the rights to the results of intellectual activity created during the provision of services.
