Equipment for the WorldSkills cultural program in Ufa will cost 25 million

The contract for the technical support of the cultural program of the final of the IX National Championship "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills RUSSIA ) in Ufa was awarded to the Moscow LLC "Perspective Stage Technologies". The company offered to perform services for 25.7 million rubles with a 16% discount from the initial auction price, follows from the tender documents posted on the public procurement portal.

The contractor will have to supply lighting, sound and video equipment, decorative elements and special effects for the stage at two venues of the event, where the opening and closing ceremonies of the competitions are scheduled. During the preparation and holding of the event, the contractor is obliged to organize the work of the staff "24/7".

The company is required to comply with copyright and related rights to performed and created works of science, literature and art. The customer of the purchase is the State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble named after Fayzi Gaskarov, to which, upon completion of the event, it is necessary to transfer the rights to the results of intellectual activity created during the provision of services.

As RBC Ufa reported, the Final of the IX National Championship "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia) was postponed to August 25-29 due to the complicated situation with the spread of covid-19 and the increase in the incidence. By this time, the organizers expect to vaccinate all adult participants against CORONAVIRUS infection. Initially, the event was planned to be held in a traditional face-to-face format at the end of July.
