Appeal of the artistic DIRECTOR of the theater "At the Bridge"

The artistic director of the Perm theater "At the Bridge" Sergey Fedotov wrote an appeal to the HEAD of the region Dmitry Makhonin. He considers the ban on performances for the audience, introduced from November 1 to November 7, "an unnecessary and unjustified measure, which will not only not help in solving existing problems, but will also create new ones."

The artistic director refers to the practice of Moscow, St. Petersburg and other regions of RUSSIA, “where the incidence rate is significantly higher than in the Perm region, but the theaters are not closed.”

According to Sergei Fedotov, the closure of theaters exacerbates the situation of psychological and social ill-being, gives rise to depression and a sense of hopelessness among artists and spectators.

“And finally, the main thing: the rental of performances for theaters is the main source of income. And spectators who have returned tickets for canceled performances, as a rule, stop going to theaters for a long time,” added the artistic director of the theater “At the Bridge”.

Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin outlined the timing of the transfer of payments to families with many children who had previously been delayed.

“A lot of questions and dissatisfaction of parents have been received in recent weeks regarding the October payment for the third and subsequent child. Most of the funds for this payment comes to the region from the federal budget. Due to technical issues, the deadline for their transfer was postponed, ”Dmitry Makhonin wrote on his Instagram account.
